There are many Easter Egg Hunts and activities to be enjoyed by families throughout Northern Michigan each spring.

March is a big month for the ski resorts Up North. Visit Nub's Nob, The Highlands at Harbor Springs, and Boyne Mountain for winter fun!

Harbor Springs Restaurant Week
Enjoy creative culinary offerings and exclusive deals, showcasing the best of the Harbor Springs area dining scene. For a list of participating restaurants and more information, visit .

Northern Michigan Camping & RV Show
Friday from 12-8pm, Saturday from 10am-6pm, and Sunday from 10am-4pm. Admission is $8 for Adults, $2 for Kids age 6-15, and Kids age 0-5 get in free. The Ellison Place- 150 Dale Dr., Gaylord. For more information, visit facebook.com.

Mackinac Island Twilight Turtle Trek
A 2-mile, lantern-lit ski and snowshoeing trek through some of Mackinac Island’s natural winter wonderland. Begins at the corner of Arch Rock Road and Huron Road. with a bonfire and hot chocolate. For more information, visit facebook.com.

Outer Space Soup Supper Event
Hosted by the Ebenezer Christian School Big Room Students. Free will donations will be taken at the door. Ellsworth Christian Reformed Church- 9323 Main St., Ellsworth.

First Friday Charlevoix
This event includes a cocktail trail, shopping, fun activities to enjoy, and a chance to win Downtown Dollar Gift Cards. For more information, visit downtowncharlevoix.com. Downtown Charlevoix

Hops ‘n Highlands
This annual event includes a beer tasting, live music, ice bar, food trucks, keg bowling, and more. The Highlands- 600 Highland Dr., Harbor Springs.

Frostbite Trail Tasting Event
This event takes participants on a one-of-a-kind culinary adventure through Antrim and Charlevoix Counties. Local businesses offer small bites paired with a 2oz wine pour, a cider or beer tasting, or a sample cocktail. The event takes place monthly and is a pay-as-you-go event with no tickets required. The theme for this month is Italian. For more information, visit facebook.com.

Snowshoeing at Historic Mill Creek
Bring your snowshoes and enjoy the snowy North Woods on a guided stroll at Historic Mill Creek. Meet naturalist Kyle Bagnall in the parking lot where we’ll begin a leisurely walk of about 1.5 miles. After the walk, enjoy treats near a campfire at the Forest Clearing. Historic Mill Creek Discover Park- 9001 W. US-23, Mackinaw City.

Carnival Weekend 
Three day event with many activities for adults including slush cup, snow beach party, music, and more. Boyne Mountain Resort- 1 Boyne Mountain Rd., Boyne Falls.

Northern Michigan Home and Outdoor Living Show
Visit with more than 50 vendors and see kitchen and bath specialists, decks, home systems, builders, designers, and more. Cost is $5 for adults, free for those age 17 and under. North Central Michigan College- 1515 Howard St., Petoskey. For more info, email Lyn Ann at info@hbanm.com.

Ring in Spring 
This weekend long event includes the slush cup, live music, wine tasting, and the chance to ski across the pond. The Highlands- 600 Highland Rd., Harbor Springs.

Leapin’ Leprechaun 5k
Proceeds from the race are being donated to the Munson Medical Center’s new Family Birth and Children’s Center. Along with the race, there will also be a costume contest. The race will start and end right next to Brady’s Bar- 401 S. Union St., Traverse City. Cost is $40 per runner. 

March Madness Craft & Vendor Show
The event includes vendors, 50/50 raffle, and concessions. Entry fee is by donation with proceeds benefitting a local charity. For information or to register, text or call (989) 884-4335. The Ellison Place- 150 Dale Dr., Gaylord.

Mardi Gras 
The annual event includes activities and competitions for all ages. Nub’s Nob- 500 Nub’s Nob Rd., Harbor Springs.

Northern Michigan Camping & RV Show
Thursday-Saturday from 10am-8pm and Sunday from 12-5pm. Admission is three non-perishable food items or cash donation to benefit the homeless in Otsego County. The Ellison Place- 150 Dale Dr., Gaylord. For more information, visit tradeshowz.com.

Dietrich’s Day of Art
Photography, birdhouses, & art at the Friends of the Jordan Building- 101 Union St., East Jordan. A portion of all proceeds from the event will be donated to Friends of the Jordan Watershed. For more info, visit friendsofthejordan.org.
